Job Summary
The Product Manager leads the execution of product portfolio initiatives for the MOLYKOTE® and Multibase™ businesses across Asia Pacific. This role
drives commercialization, pricing, supply, localization, and operational improvement activities to strengthen supply reliability and support profitable growth. The Product Manager works across Commercial, Technical Service and Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Regulatory, and Product Management teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead new product launches, product changes, customer qualifications, validation testing, localization projects, and commercialization-readiness activities across Asia Pacific.
- Partner with sales and business development teams by tracking growth opportunities, customer approvals, qualifications, and commercialization progress.
- Manage portfolio performance, pricing actions, margins, demand trends, and lifecycle initiatives.
- Develop business analyses, market assessments, financial models, and data-driven recommendations for regional product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects, tracking milestones, risks, actions, deliverables, and performance metrics while escalating execution risks when appropriate.
- Serve as the regional product lead for Project POLO activities in Asia Pacific.
- Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain teams on raw material sourcing, supplier qualification, second-source initiatives, supply diversification, and supply optimization.
- Lead and drive cost reduction, variable cost improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate supplier and supply agreements, governance requirements, contract-related coordination, and operational follow-up.
- Lead regional execution of global product management, regulatory, product stewardship, supply chain, and portfolio lifecycle initiatives.
What Helps You Succeed in This Role
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English.
- Relevant experience in project management, finance, contract management, procurement, business strategy, or operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Strong analytical and business-modeling capabilities, including experience using Excel or other data-analysis tools to support decisions.
- Ability to organize work, manage priorities, maintain attention to detail, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and maintain disciplined execution across daily activities and longer-term initiatives.
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration.
