Summary of Position:
The Runner provides on-call support to the company with open houses, estate sales, errands, and other projects as needed. The primary responsibility of this position is placing and picking up open house signs throughout Silicon Valley. This position reports to the Office Manager.

The Runner provides on-call support to the company with open houses, estate sales, errands, and other projects as needed. The primary responsibility of this position is placing and picking up open house signs throughout Silicon Valley. This position reports to the Office Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
- Place and pick up open house signs in designated areas throughout Silicon Valley.
- Assist with estate sales as needed.
- Run company errands as directed.
- Conduct a monthly inventory of marketing materials and notify the Office Manager when supplies need to be reordered.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work and coordinate with a team
- Demonstrated experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Detail-oriented work habits
- Occasional: Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing and kneeling
- Must be able to carry 25+ lbs
