Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Sisk, based at our head office in Citywest, Dublin.

In this role, you will use your recruitment expertise to support hiring needs across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will help identify current and future resourcing requirements, advertise vacancies, source and screen candidates, track recruitment progress and deliver an excellent candidate experience. To succeed, you should have a strong recruitment background, with experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management.

- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand resourcing plans and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through agency partners, social media, job boards and professional networks.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical technical roles, including Project Managers, multi-disciplinary engineering positions and core project delivery roles.
- Identify, screen and pre-qualify candidates for projects across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support the selection process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
- Use direct hiring channels to attract talent through job boards, networking, referrals and social media, while continuously identifying new and innovative sourcing approaches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and related recruitment reports.
Experience
Experience Essential
- At least three years’ experience in an internal recruitment or agency recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Results-focused and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS).
Desired
- Good understanding of engineering and construction sector roles.
- Good understanding of the construction, civil engineering and data centre and life sciences market
