Position Purpose: Seeking an entry/intermediate level SQL/Power BI Devloper to support the development and maintenance of various business units within our Corporate Operations/Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have experience writing SQL queries, developing dashboards with Power BI, creating data models , and working with business stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable reporting.. Takes an active role in design, development, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Writing SQL Queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases

• Develop and maintainPower BI reports and dashboards.

• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements.

• Maintains communication with stakeholders during solution development.

• Collaborating with peers on development and solution strategy to identify the most efficient and effective product solutions.

• Performs regular code reviews and requests.

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Completion of a technical training program (e.g. LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience with SQL and/or business intelligence tools
• Hands on experience with Power BI
• Understanding of Data Modeling and relational database concepts
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Snowflake, or other relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Familiarity with DAX and Power Query
• Experience with Object Oriented programming such as Python
• Healthcare experience
• Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodolgies

Pay Range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year

Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
