Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing quality verbal and written support services to customers. This position is also responsible for handling general business questions along with vendor inquiries.

• Answer customer calls and resolve issues or concerns within predefined parameters
• Respond to customer complaints by the timely coordination of field input where required
• Respond to internet inquires or concerns and resolve as needed
• Maintain files and report the monthly activity of calls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel                 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer and business focused

Pay Range

$20.00 per hour
