What You'll do:
- Design, develop and deploy scalable full stack applications using .NET and modern frontend technologies.
- Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions, ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Develop modern user experiences using React and Next.js.
- Implement and support content-driven digital experiences using Optimizely or similar CMS/DXP platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure and scalable solutions.
- Optimize application performance, database design and system reliability.
- Drive DevOps best practices through CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions and automated deployments.
- Mentor and support developers, fostering technical excellence across the team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are:
- You have solid experience developing applications with C# .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- You are comfortable working across both backend and frontend technologies, particularly React and Next.js.
- You have hands-on experience with CMS/DXP platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco or similar solutions.
- You possess strong technical leadership skills and enjoy guiding teams and influencing architectural decisions.
- You have experience designing scalable architectures and microservices-based applications.
- You understand performance optimization, dependency management and software engineering best practices.
- You are confident working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- You have experience with REST APIs and modern development workflows.
- You are familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- You are a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
- You are fluent in English (B2 level or higher) and thrive in collaborative international environments.
