Job Description:
- Conduct daily door-to-door field sales activities to acquire new 5 Gallon water customers.
- Visit residential buildings, villas, offices, shops, restaurants, cafeterias, and commercial establishments to generate new business.
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct field prospecting and cold calling.
- Promote and sell the company's 5 Gallon drinking water products and delivery services.
- Build a strong pipeline of new customers and consistently achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Convert prospects into active customers and ensure regular repeat orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention and sales.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and untapped areas.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate daily records of customer visits, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
- Follow up with potential customers and ensure timely conversion.
- Work closely with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
- Achieve assigned daily customer acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.
