Transport and Logistics Business Unit: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.

In this role, you will act as a pivotal strategic advisor connecting supply chain processes with cutting-edge LogTech capabilities. You will directly influence customer success, guide optimal platform implementations, and pioneer the integration of AI technologies to shape the future of global transportation networks.

### Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on supply chain best practices and the technical capabilities of Transporeon products and services.

• Lead interactive technical workshops with customer teams, both remotely and on-site.

• Explore and champion opportunities to leverage new technologies, such as AI, to boost sales productivity.

• Build and maintain customized demo environments that bring solution value to life.

• Guide enterprise clients toward optimal implementation paths to achieve outstanding operational outcomes.

### Essential Skills & Experience

• A strong technical background, with experience in scripting (e.g. Python, Java), data analytics (e.g. SQL, PowerBI) and machine learning models and platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini).

• Fluency/ Native in German with a proficient level of English and the ability to lead workshops and influence C-level stakeholders.

• Experience in the logistics or LogTech industry.

• An open mindset, proactive and practical approach and are a fast learner, capable of thriving in a rapidly evolving SaaS platform.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, self-confidence, enthusiasm & team-orientation.

• A strong interest in learning and applying new technologies.

Bonus Points For

• Prior experience designing enterprise software solutions or leading technical customer integrations.
