We’re seeking a Temporary Data Entry Clerk who's an organized, communicative professional to assist with critical data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do
Support organizational projects across departments by scanning, filing, and inputting data into office systems with precision.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, following procedures with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in document management and basic office software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Must pass typing test and 10-key data entry tests.
Compensation & Work Setup
- Location: Irvine, CA (onsite required)
- Compensation: $25/hour
- Position Type: Temporary - Assignment estimated at 1-2 weeks
