Your Day-to-Day

• Create lesson plans aligned with focus, memory, and thinking skill targets.
• Develop engaging materials such as activity sheets, brain games, and lesson decks.
• Design interactive and movement-based activities to support cognitive development.
• Apply brain training techniques (e.g., memory, focus, and problem-solving strategies).
• Support trial classes and create materials for marketing and parent communication.
• Handle basic operational tasks (material preparation, organization, data backup).
• Conduct Quality Control to ensure content quality and alignment with student needs

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology/Education/Child Development/Early Childhood Education, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education (e.g. brain training coach or preschool teacher), with experience in lesson plan development in EdTech, schools, or enrichment programs.
  
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
• Experience designing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Creative, structured, and detail-oriented
