Description
The Portfolio Manager, Store Infrastructure Delivery is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of store infrastructure programs by managing project execution, dependencies, stakeholders, risks, and deployment readiness.
The position serves as the central point of accountability across the infrastructure initiative including application, hardware, vendor, and business teams, coordinating complex dependencies and driving project from planning and design through deployment, stabilization, and operational handoff. The role works closely with Store Operations, Dealers, Infrastructure, Application teams, and external partners to ensure readiness, effective change management, and successful adoption of technology solutions across the store network.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of store infrastructure projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Application Delivery, Store Technology, Vendors, Store Operations, Dealers, and DWGs.
Drive deployment readiness and execution, ensuring stores are prepared and business disruption is minimized.
Serve as the primary project lead and escalation point, facilitating decision-making and resolving delivery challenges.
Provide governance, stakeholder management, and project reporting to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability.
Oversee operational transition and hypercare activities to ensure successful handoff into support.
What you bring:
7+ years of technology project, program, or portfolio management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional infrastructure, hardware, technology deployment, or modernization programs.
Strong expertise in project planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working with vendors, infrastructure and application teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding retail operations, deployment, or field readiness experience.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining executive-level visibility and reporting.
Demonstrated experience building integrated schedules and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives requiring change adoption and operational preparedness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PgMP, Agile certification, or equivalent project management credentials considered an asset.

Broadband Salary Range: $79,000 – $131,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $110,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
