The Opportunity

Are you passionate about helping people grow and succeed? As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering engaging leadership and professional development programs across a global organization.

In this role, you will bring learning experiences to life through workshops, coaching sessions, and interactive training programs. Working closely with global colleagues and stakeholders, you will help employees build the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee development while working in a collaborative, international team.

How you'll make an impact

  • Deliver leadership and development programs across audiences within Europe.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and virtual learning experiences.
  • Support learners throughout their development journey and create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Measure training effectiveness and provide insights to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet business needs.

Your background

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in facilitation of learning & development trainings.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Train-the-Trainer certification and/or certification in leadership development tools or assessments (e.g., MBTI, DISC, Hogan, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
