Role Overview

As a TE11 Executive Lead in Oracle Advisory, you will serve as the executive authority shaping the global strategy, business development, solution offerings, and high-impact delivery for the Oracle Practice. Operating at the pinnacle of enterprise consulting, you will hold direct P&L accountability, act as a C-suite trusted advisor to global Fortune 500 clients, drive large-scale digital transformations leveraging Oracle Cloud (Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM, EPM, and OCI), and lead multi-disciplinary teams across advisory, architecture, and implementation domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practice Leadership & P&L Management:

    • Define the overall strategic roadmap, revenue targets, and margin growth for the Oracle Advisory practice.

    • Champion practice operations, resource optimization, billability, and margin performance across multi-regional business units.

  • Business Development & Go-To-Market (GTM):

    • Lead pre-sales execution, high-value proposal defense, and strategic deal structuring for complex Oracle Cloud transformations.

    • Establish strategic joint GTM initiatives alongside Oracle executive leadership and alliance partners.

  • C-Suite Advisory & Transformation Governance:

    • Act as the lead advisor to client CXOs, guiding target operating model (TOM) design, legacy modernization, and business process re-engineering.

    • Serve as the Executive Sponsor on high-risk implementations, ensuring delivery assurance, governance, and quality standards.

  • Solution Innovation & Talent Scaling:

    • Incubate proprietary IP, accelerator frameworks, industry-specific solutions, and generative AI integrations to differentiate Oracle offerings.

    • Coach, mentor, and build high-performing practice directors, solution architects, and functional leads.

Qualifications & Experience

AreaRequirement

Experience18–22+ years in IT advisory/consulting with 8+ years in executive practice management or business unit P&L ownership.

EducationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology and an MBA or equivalent executive leadership credential.

Oracle ExpertiseProven track record across Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM, EPM) and OCI infrastructure.

Commercial ImpactProven history of driving $20M+ annually in consulting revenue and managing complex regional/global delivery teams.
