As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll work closely with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide expert guidance, and help them find the right cover and protection. From day one, you'll be supported by experienced leaders and colleagues who are invested in your development and success.
How you'll make an impact
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide guidance and advice on a range of personal insurance products.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and manage quotes, renewals and policy amendments.
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for customers.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Continue developing your insurance knowledge and professional qualifications.

Applicants should have:
- A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, or a relevant third level qualification
Successful candidates will be supported in achieving the relevant professional insurance qualifications required under Central Bank regulations.
