Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions is an integral part of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within transportation management systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working knowledge of related enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
