- Create pick lists – Generate accurate pick lists based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Process SAP picking transactions – Execute picking, stock allocation, and related warehouse transactions in SAP.
- Coordinate picking activities – Work closely with Warehouse Leaders to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Coordinate customer deliveries – Liaise with customers to confirm delivery schedules, special requirements, and shipment updates.
- Coordinate COA documentation – Work with the QC team to ensure Certificates of Analysis (COA) are prepared before shipment.
- Maintain operational records – Update Excel reports for daily orders, deliveries, inventory movement, and operational tracking.
- Monitor order status – Track order progress and ensure all shipments are completed according to schedule.
- Prepare shipping documents – Ensure delivery orders, invoices, and related documents are complete and accurate before dispatch.
- Handle customer enquiries – Respond to delivery-related enquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
