Maintenance Plumber | Adelaide
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Adelaide. This is a permanent opportunity supporting a diverse portfolio of healthcare, aged care, commercial and residential facilities across metropolitan Adelaide.

The Opportunity
Working within a highly regarded facilities management team, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a range of client sites. No two days are the same, with exposure to a variety of building services, asset maintenance programs, and project works.
Key Responsibilities
Planned maintenance and asset lifecycle replacements
Reactive and emergency plumbing repairs
Fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting
Minor project and improvement works
Maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards
Building positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders
Participation in an on-call roster
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Current Plumbing Licence
Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance plumbing environment
Experience working across commercial, healthcare, aged care, or facilities management environments
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Current Manual Driver's Licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly Regarded
Experience with Rinnai, Rotex, Zip and pump systems
Gasfitting Licence
Backflow Prevention Accreditation
Roofing and Guttering experience
Working With Children Check
