Strategy and Business Operations Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Strategy & Operations Manager to help build and speed up the growth of our Digital business. This is a prominent, senior individual contributor role combining strategy, analytics, planning, and implementation. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to find key opportunities and challenges, turn insights into clear priorities, and rally teams around actions that produce measurable results.

What you'll Do

• Establish and drive structured Run-the-Business (RTB) cadences that surface actionable insights, focus leadership attention on the highest-priority issues, and drive accountability for business outcomes through a data-driven operating model.
• Analyze end-to-end business and funnel performance, diagnose root causes, and translate findings into programs and interventions that improve conversion, growth, and operating efficiency.
• Develop perspectives and recommendations on complex business questions, integrating quantitative analysis, customer and market insights, and sound business judgment to find opportunities and inform strategic choices.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization processes that inform quarterly and annual planning, with particular focus on Creators and Creative Professionals, ensuring actions and investments ladder back to the critical metrics across the DDOM funnel.
• Operate as a connective hub across GTM & Sales, crafting clarity around priorities, decisions, ownership, and key results.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition and alignment through execution and measurement.
• Raise the analytical and operational bar by establishing scalable frameworks, operating mechanisms, and best practices.

What you'll bring

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead high-impact, ambiguous business problems from diagnosis through execution.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to guide senior executives and drive decisions across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience building operating mechanisms, planning processes, and performance frameworks that improve organizational efficiency.
• Preferred qualifications: Advanced degrees or specific skills in business performance drivers and forecasting.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $130,800 - $262,025 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $181,000 - $262,025

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
