Commercial and Contractual Management: Maintain a strong understanding of contractual obligations, including both technical and commercial requirements. Manage variations, contract settlements and claims proactively to protect the company's commercial position.
Customer and Stakeholder Management: Act as a key interface with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Build trusted relationships, manage expectations and negotiate effectively to resolve complex issues while protecting long-term customer relationships.

Continuous Improvement: Capture and communicate lessons learned from project execution and closeout, ensuring learning is incorporated into future project delivery and service models.
Tendering and Sales Support: Provide project execution expertise during the tendering process for future service opportunities, supporting delivery strategy, risk assessment, cost assumptions and commitment planning.
ITO to OTR Handover: Lead and support effective handover between Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) and Order-to-Remittance (OTR), ensuring contractual commitments, risks, assumptions, scope and financial information are clearly understood by the execution team.
