Description -

The EMEA GEO Market Supplies Category Team manages a business exceeding $2B annually across more than 100 countries, making it one of the most diverse and dynamic Supplies market within HP. Our market will bring great opportunities for the Supplies Category Business Developer joining the team and covering UK&I market.

The UK&I Supplies Category Business Developer acts as the business owner for the Supplies category in country, leading category strategy, 4P execution, business planning and market development initiatives to drive profitable growth and market share gains. The role serves as the voice of the UK&I market within EMEA and ensures customer and partner insights are translated into actionable business decisions.

The role develops deep category expertise and actively engages sales teams, channel partners and end customers to capture market insights and influence business decisions across the organization.

Connecting functions: Marketing, Channel & End User sales, Print Categories, Online, Legal, Finance, Distribution, Sales Operations

Supplies Category Business Developer responsibilities:

  • Country Category Business Owner for Supplies

  • 4Ps Management. Lead Product transformation project with RTM strategy and align communication in local ecosystem.

  • Responsible for profitable growth: Forecasting, planning (quarter, annual and long term), delivering financial & operational metrics. Contra management and approver at partner level.

  • Drive market share development with key initiatives

  • Category Ambassador- Evangelize Supplies value proposition internally to all connecting functions and externally to channel partners and end users.

  • Influence Country Strategy by engaging in transformation projects within OneHP approach.

  • Drive market intelligence to identify and anticipate growth opportunities, landscape shift and business risks in the UK&I market.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
