$80-$90k USD
Must be an American Citizen with a valid Passport
Perform design and development (R&D) activities for Pit Dock products.
• Design new products, product enhancements, and special engineered solutions.
• Create detailed engineering designs, calculations, and specifications.
• Support and guide prototype builds, testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing engineering to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective,
and scalable.
• Support product standardization and platform optimization efforts.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives based on field feedback and warranty data.
• Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and performance
requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and updates.
• To create and maintain Bills of Material (BOM) within our MRP System (Visual / Epicor),
• Assist in driving the assembly and proving of initial development and pre-production units
(prototypes) to ensure that design and manufacturing lessons learnt are gathered into the final
product solution,
• Actively managing and driving design change to improve manufacturability,
• Assist Sales Engineer in preparing approval drawings and cost estimate for sales department,
• Perform design calculations and analysis including Finite Element Analysis (FEA),
• Track time and progress on
