Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will communicate professionally with customers and team members while supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately while maintaining a professional presence and supporting a positive customer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
