What the Paycheck Looks Like
- Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,400
- Safety net: $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after solo dispatch
- Extras: $15 stop pay plus a monthly driver performance bonus
- Miles: 1,700 to 1,900 per week
Schedule, Straight Up
- 6 days on, 2 days off, home weekly
- Day and night driving, early morning starts happen
- Weekends off are not guaranteed, some holidays as needed

Qualifications
- 21+ with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence
- Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Able to run on Texas hours of service
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Pass hair and urine drug testing
