Associate Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Associate is intended as an early-career-level operational position in Hempel’s Customer Care organization.

The responsibilities and tasks of the Customer Care Associate include, but are not limited to:

 

Do You Also Believe People Are a Company’s Greatest Asset?

o   Managing customer inquiries, incl. quotations, order placement, tracking, delivery status updates, product information, documentation, Ad hoc and more.

 

Daily operational tasks:

o   Managing quotations in the ERP systems, including the preparation and facilitation of necessary documentations.

o   Performing Ad hoc activities to enhance customer experience.

o   Outbound and inbound customer communication

o   Administration related to customer-related inquiries.

o   Customer data management

 

Additional non-operational tasks:

o   Ensuring that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety, and environment policies. 

o   Ensure the upholding of local and global compliance rules when handling quotes and documents.

o   Any general task and/or activity as is required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company. 

What Are We Looking For?

• Ideally a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience within Customer Care and/or order to cash environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent English language proficiency(read/write/speak), additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Care department (preferrable).
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
