Requirements
What You'll Need as our next HVAC Technician
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills — you represent the brand on every call
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions, including tight spaces and varying temperatures
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
