We are looking for an experienced Water Hygiene Technician or Remedial Plumber to join our growing team.
This is a varied, field-based role working across a range of commercial, healthcare, industrial and public-sector environments. Depending on your experience, you will carry out a mixture of routine water hygiene monitoring, servicing and remedial plumbing works, helping our clients maintain safe and compliant water systems.
What you will do
- Complete routine water hygiene monitoring, including hot and cold water temperature checks, flushing and water sampling.
- Carry out showerhead/outlet cleaning and descaling, TMV servicing and tank inspections.
- Complete remedial plumbing works, including repairs and replacement of pipework, valves, taps and outlets.
- Support water system installations, modifications, chlorination and disinfection works where required.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and compliance documentation.
- Liaise professionally with customers and site representatives.
- Work in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274, relevant water hygiene guidance and company health & safety procedures.

Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience within water hygiene, plumbing or building services
- A good understanding of domestic hot and cold water systems.
- Knowledge of Legionella control and water hygiene compliance.
- Experience completing remedial plumbing works.
- TMV servicing or water hygiene qualifications would be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail when completing reports and documentation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A flexible approach to travel and occasional early starts or overnight stays.
- A full UK driving licence.
