Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40RN, Clinical Supervisor | Cardiology Clinic
Location: La Crosse, WI with occasional coverage in Onalaska
FTE: Full-time, salaried position (1.0)
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Typical hours fall between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to support departmental needs. No call obligation, weekends, or holidays.

As our Cardiology Clinic continues to grow, we are creating a new RN Clinical Supervisor role to help shape the future of our team, strengthen clinical operations, and support the development of staff across one of the region's most specialized cardiovascular programs.
This role offers leadership exposure across six cardiology subspecialties: General Cardiology, Heart Failure, Electrophysiology, Device Services, Structural Heart Programs, and Cardiothoracic Surgery. It's a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about leadership, process improvement, and helping others succeed.
What You'll Do
Provide leadership to our Cardiology support staff.
Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to support day-to-day clinic operations.
Ensure appropriate staffing and assist with workforce planning.
Support clinical staff development, engagement, and performance.
Partner with leaders and providers to identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
Promote quality patient care and exceptional patient experiences.
Build strong relationships across cardiovascular subspecialties and interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in departmental initiatives focused on growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum).
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain licensure as required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Minimum of 3 years of RN experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Cardiology clinical experience strongly preferred.
Leadership experience such as Charge Nurse, Lead Nurse, Supervisor, or similar responsibilities.
Experience with process improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of Epic Ambulatory workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
