- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to aviation industry compliance standards
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Manage user access, permissions and account administration across AMOS environments, ensuring security protocols are maintained
- Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and coordinate with engineering for escalated issues
- Perform system configuration, maintenance and routine administrative tasks to ensure optimal AMOS performance
- Monitor system health, generate reports and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams
- Assist with data migration, system updates and deployment activities across development, staging and production environments
- Document processes, standard operating procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles for the AMOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with aviation maintenance management systems or airline operations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and database management systems
- Knowledge of data security frameworks and compliance requirements in the aviation sector
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and service management tools
