Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Western-trained Consultant IVF to provide specialized fertility and reproductive medicine services, including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients undergoing fertility treatment.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage patients with infertility and reproductive health concerns.Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on patient history, investigations, and clinical findings.Perform and oversee IVF and other assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures.Manage ovulation induction, ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and related fertility procedures.Monitor patients throughout fertility treatment cycles using ultrasound and hormonal assessments.Provide pre-treatment counselling and explain treatment options, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.Manage complex infertility cases and treatment complications.Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary fertility specialists.Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with applicable UAE medical standards.RequirementsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).Specialist/Consultant qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine, or Fertility Medicine.Fellowship or advanced training in IVF/Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).Western Board certification or specialist training in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Western Europe preferred.Valid DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility to practice as a Consultant.Proven consultant-level experience in IVF and fertility treatment.Strong knowledge of reproductive endocrinology and ART.Excellent communication, counselling, and patient-management skills.Preferred ExperienceWestern clinical training and/or consultant experience in a high-volume IVF center.Complex IVF cases and recurrent implantation failure.Fertility preservation and reproductive endocrinology.Donor programs, where applicable.Strong clinical outcomes and evidence-based fertility practice.
