Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to ensure that customers’ build requirements are understood and disseminated; roll up feedback and respond appropriately to these requests. Manage and execute predefined processes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct material procurement analyses and partner closely with material planners on demand and supply planning.
Perform MRP project analyses to secure management approval and meet SLA requirements for both internal and external customers.
Review material requests through the MPR system and provide senior management with clear visibility into inventory risks and issues.
Issue purchase orders in a timely manner to support operational and production needs.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure stable supply, competitive pricing, and service quality.
Monitor supplier delivery performance, quality issues, and inventory levels to minimize production disruptions.
Provide accurate purchase order ETA updates, maintain delivery timeline reliability, and support targeted production schedules. Escalate delivery, quality, shortage, and supply disruption issues as needed.
Resolve inventory and purchase order discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and warehouse teams.
Manage electronic and mechanical suppliers across North America and Asia, and remotely oversee BPO teams responsible for purchasing data entry.
Own and manage cost change activities to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
Assess and manage inventory lifecycle stages (active, aging, excess, EOL, etc.), including execution of excess inventory write-offs or scrap.
Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations functions such as Purchasing, Commodity Management, Demand Management, or Project Management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, including procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of key MRP and demand/supply drivers such as BOM revisions, manufacturing cycle times, component lead times, transit times, and ETAs.
Proven track record of negotiating with and influencing suppliers, with excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and effectively manage critical issues and competing priorities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and other data analysis tools.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000-75000 annually.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
