We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned Busser to join our ParOne Clubhouse opening team. Our bussers will play an essential role in delivering service that feels seamless and effortless. We are seeking individuals who take pride in maintaining an immaculate dining room, anticipating the needs of both guests and team members, and supporting every stage of service with urgency, precision, and professionalism. The ideal candidate understands that exceptional hospitality is often delivered through the details guests never notice but would immediately miss if they weren't there.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully set dining tables throughout service.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Replenish table settings and assist with guest requests as directed.
• Support servers and bartenders by delivering food, beverages, and service items when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and guest-facing spaces.
• Polish glassware, flatware, and other service items to presentation standards.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies throughout each shift.
• Assist with opening, running, and closing side work.
• Maintain awareness of the dining room to anticipate operational and guest needs.
• Communicate effectively with leaders and team members to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all company policies, sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
