We are currently looking for a Senior Product Development Manager I to join our Ad Platform Product team with a focus on building enterprise applications. This Senior PDM will be responsible for stewarding the established product vision and supporting execution to establish the future of The Walt Disney Company’s Linear advertising needs.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager I, focused on Product Delivery within the Ad Platforms team, you will be a critical part of the team redefining Video advertising! You will be responsible for supporting the product vision, stewarding the strategy, and optimizing execution to establish the future of The Walt Disney Company’s Linear systems, focused on our Traffic solutions.

The right person for this role can identify process friction, drive operational excellence, concisely articulate product performance and process improvements to technical and non[1]technical stakeholders, and ultimately ensure the Product team is operating at peak efficiency. If you are someone that has deep experience in advertising technology operations, product lifecycle management, and brings a passion for scaling product delivery at a fast pace, this is a great role for you.

Responsibilities:

• The primary focus of this role will be on optimizing and scaling the operational rigor and efficiency of a global and performant Traffic system.

• Steward the execution of the product roadmap and plan for core areas of ad ingestion and transcoding for addressable advertising use cases, ensuring alignment across teams.

• Responsible for supporting product prioritization by facilitating data collection, coordinating value identification, tracking cost savings, and reporting progress against the broader business strategy within your specific area.

• Establish and maintain expected standards across the Product team for documentation, including product specifications, backlog health, and the creation of consumable user stories for engineering partners (e.g., Stewardship of JIRA/Confluence hygiene).

• Support the Scrum team's agile ceremonies, assisting the core Product Manager with backlog refinement, feature definition, and ensuring operational alignment.

• Hold a deep compassion for our users and creatively address operational friction with a process-first mentality.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data organizations to track and report on roadmaps and KPIs supporting product value.

• Partner with the Engineering organization to facilitate the completion of the product roadmap, ensuring efficient delivery on the needs of the business.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management, product operations, or a closely related technical program management experience, highly preferred from an established technology or digital media company.

• BA/BS required or equivalent experience.

• Strong awareness of market capabilities within advertising technology operations and product lifecycle management.

• Proven experience and success in a product or operations support role with the ability to demonstrate a record of success in process improvement.

• Ability to interact with a diverse set of tech and non-tech partners.

• Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive operational discipline in a sophisticated, always-changing environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of how ad sales organizations operate and function in media companies.

• Experience in optimizing and documenting processes for full-stack enterprise applications with multiple integrations.

• Understanding of the advertising ecosystems at high scale
