Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in or around Boston, MA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Construct and install wood and metal framing
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Perform finish carpentry and general carpentry work
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Lead and assist other carpenters and laborers on the jobsite
- Maintain quality workmanship while following all safety requirements
Requirements:
- Senior-level carpentry experience required
- Experience constructing and installing wood and metal framing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Experience with finish carpentry and general carpentry work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability and willingness to lead other carpenters and laborers
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
