Part-Time Endodontist
2–3 Flexible Days per Month | Established Multi-Doctor Practice | Tinley Park, Illinois
North Creek Dental Care is seeking an Endodontist to add 2–3 productive clinical days per month to its established practice in Tinley Park.
This opportunity is designed for an endodontist who wants to add a predictable, well-supported location to an existing schedule. Four general dentists provide an established source of internal referrals, allowing the incoming specialist to focus on patient care without having to build a new referral network from the ground up.

Expected Case Flow
The practice’s four general dentists generate ongoing demand for specialty endodontic care. The selected endodontist will provide:
Nonsurgical root canal therapy
Molar endodontics
Endodontic retreatments
Surgical endodontic procedures
Endodontic evaluations and consultations
Endodontic cases will be coordinated around the specialist’s scheduled clinical days to create an organized and productive schedule.
Compensation
40% of collections
Compensation calculations, PPO fee schedules, collection timing, and historical case-volume information will be explained transparently before an interview is scheduled.
Schedule
The position requires approximately 2–3 clinical days per month. Exact dates and hours will be selected by mutual agreement, making this an excellent opportunity for an endodontist who already works elsewhere and wants to add a consistent practice location to their rotation.
Clinical Support and Technology
The practice provides the clinical space, scheduling support, and established patient flow needed to create efficient endodontic days.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited endodontic residency
Active Illinois dental and endodontic specialty licenses, or eligibility to obtain both
Clinical proficiency in root canal therapy, molar endodontics, retreatments, and surgical endodontics
Strong communication with patients and referring dentists
Commitment to efficient, compassionate, high-quality care
