The Sourcing Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in advancing Dexcom's global talent strategy by leading a high-performing centralized sourcing organization based in Manila. This team serves as a center for strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, market expertise, and proactive pipelining, partnering with business and Talent Acquisition leaders worldwide to solve complex hiring challenges. Through innovation, operational excellence, and deep understanding of global talent markets, the Global Sourcing Team delivers scalable talent solutions, enables critical business growth, and ensures Dexcom has access to the talent needed to improve lives around the world.

Where you come in:

• You will lead, coach, and develop a centralized Sourcing team in Manila, with team and talent development as your top priority.
• You will serve as a producing manager, personally sourcing and engaging key global talent for high-impact and business-critical roles.
• You will heighten Sourcing’s partnership with Talent Advisors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and business leaders through proactive communication, clear intake alignment, and consistent delivery.
• You will load balance, prioritize, and assign sourcing requests based on business impact, role complexity, urgency, team capacity, and stakeholder needs.
• You will manage performance through clear expectations, regular coaching, transparent metrics, and timely feedback that supports accountability and growth.
• You will ensure the team meets key sourcing metrics, including pipeline quality, slate delivery, engagement activity, conversion, responsiveness, and stakeholder experience ratings.
• You will identify, develop, and implement opportunities to improve sourcing processes, playbooks, tools, reporting, and operating rhythms to drive consistency across the function.
• You will represent Sourcing as a strategic partner, bringing market insights, candidate intelligence, and talent availability trends into recruiting and business planning conversations.

Workplace Mode:

Flex Workplace: Your manager will work with you to determine any additional office attendance requirements based on business needs. At a minimum, you are required to work from your assigned Dexcom site once a month. You must maintain the ability to report to the office as required, regardless of your permanent residence location.
