Description
Commercial Lines Account Executive
A large commercial P&C agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to support a busy team and help strengthen operations during a period of growth and transition.
Responsibilities
- Support a large commercial book of business
- Partner with account managers/CSRs on workflow, service delivery, and issue resolution
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching
- Help develop SOPs and improve team consistency
- Step in on books of business when coverage is needed
- Act as a strong point of contact for producers and internal partners
Requirements
- Strong commercial lines experience, ideally in large commercial
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Ability to work with experienced producers and service teams
- Background in agency operations, workflow, and team support
- Experience with contractor, manufacturing, auto dealership, and trucking accounts is helpful
- Epic or Applied experience is a plus
Work Style
- Core hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST; Friday, 7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
- Remote is acceptable; Wisconsin-based candidates can also sit in one of several offices
- In-person presence is preferred for leaders when possible
Compensation
- Target salary: up to $125K, with some flexibility for the right candidate
