The Opportunity
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide customer support through inbound chat interactions, assisting customers with a variety of service-related inquiries. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues efficiently, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely support through written communication.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via chat in both English and French.
Investigate and resolve customer issues by following established processes and procedures.
Provide accurate information while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Escalate complex inquiries when appropriate and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
Meet service level, quality, and productivity targets.
Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational objectives.
Adhere to company policies, client requirements, and compliance standards.
What We Are Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, customer contact services, or customer support.
- High School Diploma, CAEC (formerly GED), or equivalent
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally through chat.
- Experience supporting customers through digital channels such as chat, email, or online platforms.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency using multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
What You'll Do
As part of Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations practice, you will:
You will be aligned with Accenture's Customer Operations team, delivering customer care solutions through chat support while ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and in accordance with service level agreements and quality standards. Your focus will be on creating positive customer experiences and helping customers navigate Loblaw's digital services and retail offerings.
