About the Role
At Team Global Express, we're looking for an analytical and motivated Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing & Analytics team based in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, develop their commercial acumen, and build a career in pricing, analytics, and business partnering. Reporting to the Head of Parcels Pricing, you'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support pricing decisions, analyse customer data, and contribute to profitable business outcomes.
You'll be joining a high-performing team known for its strong culture, supportive leadership, well-established processes, and commitment to developing talent.
What You'll Do
Analyse pricing and customer data to support commercial decision-making.
Assist in developing pricing models, customer solutions, and rate structures.
Partner with Sales teams to provide pricing guidance and support customer opportunities.
Monitor customer profitability and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations using Excel and other analytical tools.
Support tender responses, pricing reviews, and customer contract assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Pricing & Analytics function.
What You'll Bring
A degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Confidence working with data and identifying trends and insights.
A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
