Short Description
- Greets visitors and assists them during check-in, intake and check-out
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Keeps Therapists on track and assists with exercise/therapy practices
- Schedules appointments and records information in Practice Management System ( Electronic Scheduling System)
- Answers telephone calls and routes appropriately
- Verifies insurance eligibility, ensures requirements are met and explains to patients as needed
- Collects co-pays
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
Special Requirements
- One year of experience in customer service or reception, health care environment preferred
- Prior Exercise therapy experience or training/certification
- Computer experience preferred, Interpersonal skills must be well-developed
