What you'll do...
Role summary:The Senior Analyst, Claims Litigation, manages complex workers’ compensation and general liability claims with a focus on litigation risk and resolution. This role involves reviewing claim reports, coordinating with internal and external legal partners, and overseeing litigation strategies to ensure timely and compliant outcomes. The position requires negotiation expertise, claims adjudication within authority limits, and collaboration to establish claim value and settlement approaches. The analyst also mentors colleagues, supports process improvements, and ensures adherence to regulatory and company standards while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication throughout the claims lifecycle. This is an onsite position based in Bentonville, AR.

They review reports, verify documentation, and ensure timely resolution while complying with regulations. Collaborating with internal partners and external providers, the team supports claimants throughout the process. What you'll do:
- Review initial claim reports to determine compensability and identify potential fraud indicators for escalation.
- Manage complex workers’ compensation and general liability claims, focusing on litigation risk and resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership and counsel to establish claim value, align strategy, and oversee outside counsel performance.
- Prepare and present claims in reviews to refine strategy and secure settlement authority.
- Authorize payments, establish reserves, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Negotiate claim settlements and communicate effectively with injured parties and legal representatives.
- Mentor associates on claims handling and litigation processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience managing complex workers’ compensation and general liability claims, including litigation risk assessment and resolution.
- Proficiency in litigation management, claims processing, and legal discovery to support timely and compliant claim adjudication.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve claims with associates, customers, and legal representatives.
- Ability to collaborate with internal leadership, in-house counsel, and outside counsel to align on strategy and claim valuation.
- Knowledge of jurisdictional statutes, regulatory requirements, and insurance reporting standards.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor associates and lead continuous improvement initiatives in claims handling.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
