Job Overview
As a Technical Writer, you will create technical documentation and content covering AI infrastructure, AI data centers, AI factories, GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, enterprise hardware, and security.
This role is ideal for someone who can understand technical specifications, architectures, implementation requirements, and infrastructure concepts and explain them clearly to IT professionals and decision-makers.
Experience in technical writing within the AI, enterprise infrastructure, or enterprise IT highly desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clear, accurate, detailed technical short-form content for landing pages and product pages.
- Create clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documentation.
- Develop implementation guides that help technical teams understand and deploy infrastructure and solutions.
- Research and write whitepapers covering AI infrastructure, GPU compute, cloud infrastructure, security, and emerging enterprise technologies.
- Create product and specification content for enterprise hardware, infrastructure solutions, and technology services.
- Write technical blog posts aimed at IT decision-makers, architects, engineers, and infrastructure practitioners.
- Translate complex technical specifications and concepts into content that is easy to understand without losing technical accuracy.
- Work with technical, product, engineering, and subject-matter experts to gather and validate information.
- Research emerging technologies and industry developments relevant to AI infrastructure and enterprise IT.
- Review technical content for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and completeness.
- Understand technical documentation, product specifications, architecture information, and implementation requirements.
- Use diagrams, tables, specifications, and structured information where appropriate to improve technical communication.
- Maintain consistency in terminology, technical language, and documentation standards.

- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, GPU infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, or enterprise systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience using AI-assisted research and writing tools.
