What You’ll Do:
- Identify new growth areas for our Physical AI businesses and establish go-to-market strategies.
- Interface with potential customers to understand their needs and crosswalk to our Physical AI capabilities to identify gaps and inform potential partnership opportunities.
- Engage with potential customers to market our capabilities in Physical Artificial Intelligence (Physical AI) and own follow up actions to ultimately drive sales and grow the business.
- Apply your expertise in software engineering for problem-solving, design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge Physical AI systems.
- Identify and grow technical collaborations that form the foundation of engineering advancements.

You Have:
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies
- Experience bringing Artificial Intelligence technology products or services to market
- Experience developing opportunities for technology sales and influencing customer decisions, and in programming languages such as Python, C, C++
- Experience with one or more AI technology domains such as generative AI, computer vision, robotics, autonomous systems, reinforcement learning, synthetic data, Physical AI, or digital twins
- Experience with AI technologies to engage deeply with engineers and researchers, evaluate technical capabilities and limitations, challenge assumptions, and translate technical developments into viable products and customer solutions
- Experience working directly with technical teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, robotics engineers, or AI researchers, to develop, evaluate, or commercialize AI-enabled products and service offerings
- Knowledge of core AI/ML concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, generative AI, model training and inference, data pipelines, and model evaluation
- Ability to build relationships with technology teams or companies and translating those relationships into tangible collaborations or partnerships
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a business field such as Business Administration, Marketing or Finance, or a technology field such as physics, engineering, applied mathematics, data science, computer science, software development, product management, or technology entrepreneurship, OR Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in a technology field such as physics, engineering, applied mathematics, data science, computer science, software development, modeling and simulation product management, or technology entrepreneurship
Nice If You Have:
- Experience establishing multi-organization collaborations
- Experience with vendor vetting and relationship management and in product management for technology products, including AI, robotics, autonomy, computer vision, or generative AI
- Experience in requirements gathering and requirements management for software products
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Sales Force
- Experience evaluating external technologies and companies and determining how they could complement an existing product or technology portfolio
- Experience developing, managing, or commercializing strategic technology partnerships
- Experience in leading and managing teams of scientists, engineers, or developers, and in laboratory or agile software development environments
- Possession of strong collaboration, customer-facing, and consultative sales skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree in a business field such as Business Administration, Marketing or Finance, or in a technical field such as Physics, Materials Science, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
