Description
Join FLSmidth as our Site Service Engineer, PCV, where you will lead the on-site technical support for PCV clients in NSW.
You will represent our world-leading slurry pumps, cyclones, and valves while helping customers achieve higher reliability and performance in their operations. This role combines relationship management, commercial strategy, and technical expertise, all within a global company committed to sustainability and innovation.
You will be part of the Pumps, Cyclones & Valves (PCV) team in Australia, located in Orange or surrounding areas, supporting our customers across NSW's minerals sector.
Your Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support for PCV equipment.
Identify new opportunities for equipment sales and service contracts.
Lead PCV conversion initiatives and drive aftermarket growth.
Support and grow the PCV repairs business, including technical oversight of repairs.
Drive site based reliability improvements.
Build strong customer relationships to position FLSmidth as trusted OEM partner.
Collaborate with Engineering, Service, and Product Support teams.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in aftermarket service to the mining sector.
Strong understanding of slurry pumps, cyclones, or similar process equipment.
Proven ability to manage accounts and close complex technical applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Engineering or technical background preferred.
Self-motivated and customer-focused with a collaborative mindset.
Willingness to travel regularly across NSW mining regions.
Valid driver’s licence required.
