Your future contribution

Organic search is where most travelers meet HomeToGo, and one of the Group's most important acquisition channels. Across 100+ domains, 30+ markets and 20+ brands, decisions made here scale quickly and have real business impact. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Director of Product, Search & Discovery. You own and drive organic growth end-to-end and are expected to identify opportunities, make the call, work through the details and ship.

You work directly with Engineering, Data and PR, and alongside Senior Search & Product experts. You bring strong search expertise, product judgment and a builder mindset. Search is also changing fast. You define, at a technical and semantic level, how HomeToGo wins across traditional and AI-search surfaces, while staying focused on measurable results for the Group.

What you'll tackle first

• Identify the biggest organic growth opportunities across the portfolio and turn them into shipped improvements
• Prioritize where we invest across brands and markets based on expected impact
• Build and launch scalable landing page and content optimization systems

How you’ll add value

• Own the organic growth target and the roadmap behind it
• Build systems that scale across brands and markets
• Drive complex technical SEO work from problem definition through implementation
• Use data, experimentation and automation to improve decisions and scale execution
• Stay close to the product and technical detail, and remove blockers quickly
• Set a high bar for SEO and GEO across the organization and keep teams informed on the developments that matter

You’ll be successful in this role if you

• Bring 10+ years (or equivalent depth) of experience in SEO or organic growth in a large-scale B2C environment
• Have owned meaningful traffic, revenue or business outcomes
• Have deep technical SEO expertise and understand how large websites behave in search
• Have built and shipped automation yourself, not only scoped it
• Work directly with data, and use AI to build workflows that do the repetitive and manual work for you
• Know how to test SEO changes in a multi-brand portfolio and separate real impact from external noise
• Have a well-founded view of AI search, including what is measurable today and how SEO and GEO work together
• Can move comfortably between portfolio-level decisions and implementation detail
