Salary range: $225K - $275K
About this role
We are looking for a Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to step into a leadership role within a growing practice group at a well-established Silicon Valley law firm. You'll be the next generation of leadership for a team that needs a strong litigator who can drive case strategy, mentor junior attorneys, and help build out the practice.
What will you be doing?

Leading complex trust and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution

Taking over trust litigation work from the current group leader (who prefers to focus on probate and Supreme Court matters)

Cultivating client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor

Supervising and mentoring associates as the team grows

Helping shape the direction and culture of the Trust & Estate Litigation Group
Key Requirements

8+ years of dedicated trust and estate litigation experience (no crossover candidates)

Active membership in the State Bar of California in good standing

Leadership skills and readiness to be the "next gen" leader of the practice group

Active in the trust & estate litigation community in the Bay Area

Willingness to work from the San Mateo office (preferred), Pleasanton, or San Jose
