Key Responsibilities
- Independent coverage of a shift
- Taking orders in German and English
- Preparing orders and providing room service
- Loading trolleys with orders
- Conducting sales talks – up-selling
- Organizing and distributing treatments
- Various cash register tasks (Micros System)
- Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks
- Distributing treatments
- Preparing treatments
- Compliance with internal hotel standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
- Resilience, tidiness, and a very high awareness of quality.
- Structured and organized way of working.
- Keen interest in team-oriented work.
- Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest.
- Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
