As a Manager, Customer Solutions at RXO, you will support the Customer Solutions group in leading customer-facing meetings, perform trend analysis, manage customer scorecards, proactively identify, and drive performance improvements, and ultimately be the advocate for the customer. The Senior Customer Solutions Analyst will collaborate with multiple internal departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve our customers’ overall experience.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Act as the sales analyst in the assigned region, partnering with your Customer Solutions leader
Maintain responsibility for revenue, margin, and profitability growth for all focus accounts within a brokerage region
Develop corrective strategies for under-penetrated and unprofitable accounts
Determine the potential of each focus account and create an action plan to attain highest market share possible
Monitor revenue achievement by customer and undertake appropriate action with key stakeholders to ensure that commitments are being met or exceeded
Encourage success in sales initiatives and share best practices
Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable leadership to make data-driven decisions and reduce the risk of customer churn
Facilitate operational reporting for monthly/quarterly business reviews for assigned focus account
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work
5 years ears sales experience in the logistics & transportation industry
Experience with Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
It’d be great if you also have:
Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and analyzing multiple lines of data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and influence others
Ability to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
