What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and more
• Help customers find products that fit their needs and preferences
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Maintain compliance with all state cannabis regulations
• Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Create a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Stay informed on new products, strains, and industry trends

 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dispensary or cannabis industry experience
• Experience with POS systems or inventory management
• Passion for cannabis education and wellness
• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Cannabis knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Must meet all state requirements to work in the cannabis industry
