E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Proliferation Analyst to join our team in JBAB, DC in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.  


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conducts all-source analysis of foreign conventional warfare programs in support of U.S. counter proliferation efforts.  
  • Produces analytic assessments for the IC, DoD, and other U.S. and allied Government agencies and coalition forces on conventional counter proliferation topics, arms control, exploitation program planning, development, and execution.  
  • Performs supply chain vulnerability analysis. 
  • Identifies proliferation trends 
  • Provides network development analysis and production 
  • Researches, reviews, edits, plans, prepares, integrates and publishes complex all­ source arms proliferation national military intelligence studies, plans, and/or products in order to contribute to or produce all-source intelligence for DIA, DoD, national and international intelligence organizations 
  • Develops innovative analytical approaches and validates/ defends analytic assessments 
  • Develops actionable intelligence and assessments of  vulnerabilities in acquisition/procurement process/programs 
  • Conducts analysis of networks/organizations/government entities enabling/participating in legal and illegal weapons transfers. Supports efforts to deter weapons flows to states of concern/emerging threat countries 
  • Identifies intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements and determines analytical approach 
  • Identifies significant trends within assigned subject-matter area and proposes new or revised analytical projects to alert decision-makers to new developments and to meet customer requirements 
  • Provides written and briefing input to policymakers on key trends 
  • Collaborates and forges new partnerships with other Intelligence Community, Defense Intelligence Enterprise, DoD and law enforcement analysts on intelligence analysis and with collectors through analyst-assisted collection targeting 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree. 
  • 8+ years of experience producing finished intelligence products 
  • Demonstrated experience briefing policymakers on key trends  
  • Demonstrated experience performing supply chain vulnerability analysis 
  • Demonstrated experience conducting analysis of networks/organizations/government entities enabling/participating in legal and illegal weapons transfers 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI Clearance 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience with defense tradecraft standards 
  • Knowledge of foundational military intelligence and military capabilities 
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
