The role provides product and experience leadership for AI-enabled employee and manager experiences, translating business needs, AI capability, and employee experience opportunities into a coherent, prioritised roadmap.
Key Responsibilities

- Shape the AI-enabled employee and manager experience roadmap across the P&C ecosystem.
- Partner with AI technical leads to translate AI capabilities, patterns, and technical possibilities into practical business and product outcomes.
- Work with P&C product owners to identify, prioritise, and sequence AI opportunities across Talent Acquisition, Talent Growth, Core HR, Learning, Workforce Planning, HR Service Delivery, Employee Experience, and other P&C domains.
- Ensure AI is embedded into the broader P&C architecture and not delivered as disconnected pilots or point solutions.
- Define how AI enables personalised guidance, knowledge discovery, case triage, workflow automation, recommendations, proactive nudges, task execution, and agentic support.
- Engage business stakeholders to understand employee needs, operational pain points, strategic priorities, and value opportunities.
- Translate business opportunities into AI product concepts, use cases, experience journeys, capability requirements, and roadmap items.
- Define and manage the cross-P&C AI opportunity backlog, prioritised by business value, employee impact, feasibility, risk, adoption, and architecture alignment.
- Define MVPs for AI-enabled capabilities to support rapid validation, adoption, and value realisation.
- Work with architecture, data, security, privacy, risk, and platform teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, governed, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards.
- Identify reusable AI patterns and capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple P&C products and journeys.
- Provide guidance to product owners on how AI can be embedded into their product roadmaps.
- Support AI design principles, experience standards, governance guardrails, and prioritisation criteria.
- Engage senior stakeholders on roadmap priorities, investment decisions, risks, dependencies, adoption needs, and value measures.
- Monitor AI trends, vendor capabilities, and HR technology innovation to inform the roadmap.
- Partner with change and communications teams to drive trust, adoption, and awareness of AI-enabled experiences.
- Track adoption, feedback, product performance, and business value to continuously refine the roadmap.
Knowledge and Attributes
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled product strategy, digital employee experience, HR technology, product ownership, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
- Good understanding of generative AI, conversational AI, agentic AI, automation, knowledge retrieval, semantic search, AI assistants, and workflow orchestration.

- Strong understanding of P&C / HR technology, including employee experience platforms, HR service delivery, talent platforms, learning, workforce planning, skills intelligence, knowledge management, and workflow tools.
- Ability to connect business strategy, employee experience, data, process, architecture, and technology into a coherent AI roadmap.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, product, technical, architecture, vendor, data, security, privacy, and change teams.
- Strong product thinking, including roadmap development, backlog prioritisation, MVP definition, value-based decision-making, and outcome measurement.
- Ability to identify where AI creates genuine value versus where workflow, process, data, or platform improvements may be more appropriate.

- Good understanding of responsible AI, including privacy, security, transparency, human oversight, bias mitigation, and ethical use.
- Ability to operate in a complex, global, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
